Yes dear ones……it happens to us all at some point in our lifetime! If you’re human, you fart.
In yoga class in particular, with all the forward bends, twist, inversion positions we put our bodies in, they do indeed help to release toxins out of the body….and that may include a little gas (yeah, go’head and laugh :D).
As a yoga teacher, while conducting a class, I have heard my fair share of….erm….bodily sounds. I tend to hear it and don’t hear it and continue on, and try not to look in the direction it came from as to not embarrass the person…..although I cannot be responsible for the looks they may get from other students *yikes!*
But fear not ladies and gentlemen, there ARE solutions to masking this normal bodily function while you’re in class.
